This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit https://content.psyke.health (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We currently do not use any cookies or collect any information automatically when you visit the site, though information such as your IP address may be collected by our website host, WordPress. You can read their privacy policy here: https://wordpress.org/about/privacy/ 

We will only collect your data in the cases you provide it, for example your email address for our newsletter, or when you submit a story through our site.

Additionally if you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Personal Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

In the case that you publish an anonymous story or experience through the Site, we will attempt to exclude any personally identifiable information. As it is kept anonymous, once published we no longer consider it Personal Information as it is accessible in the normal viewing of the Site. 

We may also use data to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of marketing campaigns).

We disclose personally-identifying information only to those employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that need to know that information in order to process it on the Site’s behalf or to provide services available through the Site, and have agreed not to disclose it to others. Psyke will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to project administrators, employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations, as described above, Psyke discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, if you give permission to have your information shared, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of the Site, third parties, or the public at large.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We only share your Personal Information with third parties that we need to use your Personal Information, such as third party payment processors or newsletter services. For example, we may use a third party such as Mailjet to send newsletters, in which case we would by necessity share your email with that service. We also use WordPress.org to power the Site, and Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES
